Job Title: Technical Office Assistant
Responsibilities:
U-Pro seeks an enthusiastic and outgoing person to work as a receptionist and technical office assistant, providing support to the business and clients. You will provide office support in a dynamic and growing internet marketing business. You will perform office/admin assistant duties along with lightweight html/design support.
- Specifically, you will be charged with:
- Answering phone calls
- Billing customer accounts
- Interfacing with clients
- General office management
- Management of online marketing campaigns
- Lightweight HTML and web design
- Managing postal and e-mail account and sales communications
- Basic writing and proofreading of business documents
- Purchasing office supplies
Qualifications
The ideal applicant must have computer experience with proficiency in Quickbooks, Office Suite, ACT!, and a solid understanding of the internet. 1-2 years experience in office and account management required. Familiarity with major search engines and experience designing or managing web sites is also important, but not required.
Other skills desired include:
- Some post high school education
- Strong English speaking and writing skills
- Strong computer skills
